These days I am working on Alessi, a medium-sized Italian family firm, leader in top-design household articles. Actually, the company which founded in 1921 show a successful evolution from one of the many lathe-works factories in local area to a popular houseware design company. With the devolopment of Alessi, their target market also have undergone a subtle change in the same time. This presentation I will responsible for examining the target market of Alessi, I believe, however, having a definitely target market is crucial for survival of any company...
