Based on that, I find I can't lose sight of the importance of decision maker, just like the Alberto Alessi, the CEO of ALESSI, who made most of the creative decisions for his company, especially something related to the aspect of design, he choose the designer of ALESSI from the different specialties, such as the architects as well as animators, not restrict to the design background on design, beside that, ALESSI enlist all their excellent designers, who can brought a different language, from all over the world...Maybe it related to the background of the CEO, the man who brought his love of architecture and art to the table...
