As I said yesterday that I responsible for the target market of ALESSI, which pose a difficult dilemma for me these days. Actually, it's a successful company among so many houseware companies today, which is largely due to the innovative design of their production rather than the marke strategy.
Just like the CEO Alberto Alessi said, profitability is of secondary importance for them, and most of their concentration on the quality of production. Because of the attitide of the CEO to their company, I find it's difficult to face with the task on target market...
Then, I can't help going to a dead end, fortunately, I got a good idea from Mark, why I don't shift from who is the potential consumers to the primary reason of their success, apparently, it's a process of examining why they can be the leader in the competitive market, the same goal, just from a different aspect to analyse. Yes, I will embark on preparation of presentation whit a more clear way. Thank you, Mark~~haha~~
